I'd recommend this for the price, but it's not the most efficient in my experience, only managing to charge my Nexus 5's 2,300 mAh battery 3-3.5 times on one full charge of the battery (65-70% efficiency).
This means it'll recharge around 7,000 mAh of battery, which is still good, but a fair bit below the 11,000 mAh advertised & can be equalled by smaller portable batteries, though perhaps not at this price.
Overall I'm very pleased with this charger & would recommend it if you want a good quality, low-cost portable battery charger.

I don't know where to start with this beauty, so let's start with build design and quality. Superb! End of story. Seriously, this power bank is super light, yet it backs a punch with the amount of juice (Geek term for "energy") it packs inside. I tested it with my Nokia Lumia 810 and Samsung Galaxy S4. Results displayed remarkably accurate. This power bank in-cases a 10,400 mAh rechargeable battery while my Lumia 810 in-cases a 1800 mAh rechargeable battery and my Galaxy S4 in-cases a 2600 mAh rechargeable battery.
I'm very happy with the results especially since my Galaxy S4 eats through the battery like a mad man! The power bank is a true pleasure to have when I'm longboarding on short/medium trips.
As far as ports are concerned it features two USB 2.0 Ports (in the front) and a Micro USB Port (on the left side). Also, there's a button and four LEDs (in the front) that display the power banks rechargeable battery level.
The rest of the body is very slick and smooth which is a con that I will get to later in my review. I adore this design that Lumsing power banks has went with and this being my very first product from them speaks loud and clear! Recommending products to my audience, customers, and so on is what I do and this very one from them is high on list.
This Lumsing power bank batteries comes nicely boxed and is very compact but still manages to provide 3000mAh. In terms of size it is a little bit bigger than a lipstick and beautifully crafted – it measures 3.7” long and is square in section, albeit, with nice rounded corners and each side measures 0.86” with the whole device weighing just over 2.5ozs. In the box you get the power bank with a neat Micro USB lead which doubles for charging the device as well as connecting to a lot of smartphones, plus instructions, warranty/support details. If you want to charge an Apple device you'll need the appropriate lead.
The exterior finish is mainly coloured aluminium that looks very chic with white end panels. The top end panel sports a full size USB port with a standard 5V 1A output plus a Micro USB socket for charging. On the side is an on/off switch and a 3 LED charge/charging indicator - when the battery senses no load it switches off automatically. There is also a small LED torch facility built into the front panel which will certainly help you locate your keys etc. The device features electronic charging/short circuit protection etc. plus uses a Samsung power cell sio it should be safe and carries FCC, CE and RoHs approval marks. The unit takes around 2.5 hours to charge from flat .
In use the power bank is easy to use and despite its modest size it will recharge an average smartphone nearly twice but rather than a charge from flat, if your battery is running low, it will prolong your usage of the device itself considerably. In the case of a tablet it will extend the usage time or charge it a bit but obviously not to full capacity. I tested it with an iPhone, Nokia Lumia 630 Smartphone, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (7”) and it worked very well with all of them.
Because of its compact size, chic look and reasonable output this is a mini sized external battery power bank that you are likely to have with you when you need it most, plus, it has enough power to be genuinely useful - I like it a lot. Recommended.

Personal perspective:
I bought this because it had 5 outputs, and in this day and age, you need
to charge a lot of devices, especially when traveling. I think the
printing on the input and the outputs needs to be larger. I have great
vision and I struggle to read it, hence why I put the descending order
of the outputs.
The lack of a separate charger is not a problem
for me, I actually prefer it; one less charger to lug. I have another
power pack with two outputs. That one has a wall charger, so I just
charge this power pack from the 2.1A output of that one, and charge that
one at the same time. It is some much faster. On a recent trip, all
my devices (tablet, 5 phones, iPod, portable speaker - I rotated them)
and power packs were fully charged by morning.
The button is
slightly smallish, make sure it comes on when you press it. It's also
recessed, that way it's not likely to get turned on accidentally.
Plug at least one device mini sized external battery in first! If you turn it on, it will turn off within 10 seconds if nothing is attached.
The one thing that I think would make this perfect is if it had a higher
capacity. That being said, 11,000 is quite good, plus my other one has
12,000. I prefer the long haul, non-stop flights between Europe and the
EU. I'm not running out of power.

CONS: Two big caveats: No wall charger External battery included, just comes with one microusb flat cable. But no charger for the wall? Come on! I could've easily done without the included pouch and would've appreciate a charger instead. You are exchanging a "must" with a "nice-to-have". The other big issue and why Im taking two stars from this is because the usb outputs of this device are placed on the side of the thing and not on top. This is a big issue for me since it takes too much space when wearing on my pants pockets and makes the connector lose when walking as well as prone to damages. There are other producs like the EasyAcc that did not make this mistake and have all the ports on the top of the device so the usb cable wouldnt be sticking out. Each USB port has different current ratings, the 5 ports in this product have: 2.1 A, 1.3A, 1A, 1A, and 0.5A. ---So, as you see, the sum of all the 5 ports is 5.9 A (2.1+1.3+1+1+0.5), but you do not get it because the total output is 3.1A ---You can only use combinations of ports that will give you a sum of 3.1A or lower. For example you can use the ports 1A + 1A + 0.5A ports which is a total of 2.5A, but you cannot use 2.1A + 1.3A which is 3.4A and greater than 3.1A. ---Heres an exception, you can use use combinations of greater than 3.1 A but it will be really slow in charging you devices. 3. DO NOT PLUG YOUR DEVICE INTO ANY PORT YOU LIKE!!! You need to have the info for the devices you are charging. Look at the wall charger adapter and it will have the ratings, the voltage is typically 5V, and the current ratings will vary. iPhones are 1.3A, tablets typically 2.1A, andriod phones around 1A and cameras 0.5A. My HTC inspire is 850mA or 0.85A. Typically you do not want to plug your device to a port with higher current rating. So, I should not be plugging my HTC Inspire to the 1.3A or 2.1A. The 1A ports are OK as it is close to 0.85A and will not harm my Inspire. You may however use a lower rating port, if I plug my Inspire to 0.5A port, it takes hell lot of time to charge. If you connect a tablet to the 0.5A port, it is going take forever to charge.
So, do your math and use the Portabl power bank wisely. The product is great, the only downside is that it is heavier than I thought, but that should be expected as it is giving 5200mAh. The best highlight for me is the 5 ports with different ratings and covers all my devices, also the size is smaller and easy to carry around.
